[Error Code] MX-2301 CE-00 Fax Forwarding Network Error

Fax forwarding has been working up till recently on this machine and now giving the CE-00 error when a fax is recieved and not forwarding to set-up forward email.

Machine will scan to the email address specified in the fax forward but not forward after fax is recieved.

A temporay fix is re-establishing the connection in the SMTP settings and the machine will work for a few hours before being kicked out again.

Any ideas?

try reflashing the machine first

Not much help but the only time I have seen that message was when they were trying to send a fax using i-fax settings.

I'd also turn off the inbound routing function, power off/on the machine & then resetup the inbound routing all over again. Just incase something has gone wrong with the settings.
Honestly have never had any problems with inbound routing once setup. It is usually a highly reliable feature.

Cheers for the replies. I have already re-set up inbound routing and re-flashed all firmware. I have passed it over too the companys IT company as I reckon it is something to do with their network.
