    MXM363N problem

hey guys, i got to one off my customers that had a strange problem with there copier, every time they make a copy, they would get a message 'press to continue and read end if done' might not be the exact wording of the message, i believe its a setting somewhere that needs to change, not sure where to start, can someone give me some assistance?thanks in advance.

That happens when you're set to do a double-sided job, and are scanning the pages separately.

If copying from the glass and set for double siding, that message appears to prompt you to place the next original on the glass.

Is this machine set for automatic double siding as default and the originals are single page jobs only?

If copying through DF, machine is possibly not detecting page out of DF.

If automatic double siding is setup as default, it is done through system settings, copy settings.

You'll see a 1>2 logo on the op panel all the time, indicating that all pages will be double sided.

If you have this message when using the document glass, check if sorting is set to default.
