    Sharp MX2300

Machine has 32K on the colorcount. Customer complains about the quality. I've cleaned the laser optics, did auto color calibration and checked settings. He called later because he is not satisfied. I think he is he is too demanding.
Any suggestions to improve quality I appreciate.

    Thanks in advance

what is the problem?can you post some scans of the fault?

use only sharp oem toners and consumables.
update firmware, inspect drums, trans belts, grids etc. if all ok run the
latest recommended calibration procedure from a to z.

Have you cleaned the ID sensor? Have you run the calibration jig during the color calibration procedure?
The color count is 32K, but what is the rotation count? This gives a clearer indication of consumable life rather than just page count.

Is the main problem color matching or color density issues?

green is a little more vague than other colors and less sharp.
Inspected drums, belts and grids. Looks good to me.
Did auto calibration in user mode.

you need to do the whole calibration bit as sharp recommends especially the id sensor jig

            You really should follow this....

Change drums/grids (if rotation life is high.... page count is approx 50% so that is OK)
Change CMY developers and run 25-02
Run 44-27 to clear previous high voltage DV & GB bias
            Clean ID sensor
            Run calibration jig in 44-13
            Run 44-06, 44-26, 46-24, 67-24 in that order

            It will come up great!
