Hi there I wish to find out if the Sharp AR C26TBN - Toner cartridge is compatible with the sharp AR-C 172M Toner cartridge?

The ARC26TBN is the new version black cartridge for the Whale series. Previous version was ARC26TBE which has been discontinued.

Answer is, yes. The ARC26TBN black catridge will work in the ARC172M.
