When entering or deleting senders and address from email address book is that done from pc or copier. When i choose a name and choose to delete the name the name is still registered in the address directory. The company merged with another and they want to delete old names and address. Thanks for replys.

I usually use the web interface.
Checkmark the ones you want to delete and click on apply.
