[Misc] MX-M363N paper stop at reg. roller and nothing hapend cca 4 min till error H7-10

This machine has only 6k. and it stops paper at reg. roller runing cca 4 min and after that it show error H7-10. We try new fusing unit, check motors for feeding & reg. roller, check all sensors all seams like OK. We do Firmware update and still the same. Sometime at power on it give false paper jam which disapear when we try to see sensors in simulations or just open close right cower.
It looks to me like machine wait for image forming to pass the paper throu.
If anyone has something similar please help, or any sugestion is appriciate.

Fuser is not warming back up to ready after clearing a jam.

If you have already replaced the entire fuser unit, replace the PCU board or HL power board if the lamps dont work correctly in sim 5-02 (flashing).

Out of curiosity... what firmware level are you running now?

About firmware now we put B14-0202j3-A prev ver. 0201j3 - B12

Its actually up to 02.03.j3 now.

There was alot of fixes in the 02.02.j3 so thats good. Try to update to 02.03.j3 if you can as there is another fix for machine lockup when receiving a fax while in sleep mode. If you dont have a fax kit on your machine, no need to worry.

No FAX kit on this model, so I decide not to use this version.
