E7-11 maybe and this code was often present here so i sugest a search -
Upgrade the firmware. All of these small machines have had firmware updates to solve the E7-11 codes.
otherwise, check copy lamp is working, reflector is seated correctly, mirrors are parallel with each other, CCD is not skewed.Comment
