Can somebody please tell me if i have the right software and if so which one is used for scanning, copier is all set with product code, the versions we downloaded are; Sharpdesk-3.2-1.40 june 2009. zip. Sharpdesk3.3-upgrade bundle-mar2010.zip. Sharpdesk-GDI-3.2.0.663.zip. Sharpdesk V3 CD-ver1.20.zip Thanks everyone for replys.

The Sharpdesk versions 3.2.1.40 and 3.3 CD ver 1.2 should work for you. I have used both of these but the CD I prefer as it will allow you to do a new install easier. That is if you are setting it up as a network scanner.
