hello guys, i recently loaned a customer mx-2700n copier, they setup the machine on a network for printing and setup user accounts for scanning to email, so basically all the user data is still in the mfp, is there a option that i can clear all the scanning user accounts and printer settings, basically making the the mfp back to default.thanks in advnace

For printer defaults, do a NIC reset. For the user accounts, access the embedded web page and clear the address book. You probably should clear any SMTP and DNS settings in the Services area of Network Settings in the web page."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" -- -

On the Pastel 1's, the user data is on the HDD. A HDD format will wipe everything clean.
Run a 67-17 for a complete NVRAM clear as well.
