arnc5j upgrade

I try upgrade same arnc5j in my network, i follow the handy guide intrutions (thanks wazza), but the SCVEUP do not found the ARNC5J in the network, ? what i m do wrong?

i use the win. xp sp2, and the protocol is ok, like said in handy guide.

I am grateful for any opinion.

problem solved, I forgot to elnable "netware" in the device
