Mx 4100 punch probs

Tried to copy selecting punch works fine. Tried printing from pc selecting punch will not punch at all. Any ideas.

You've got 'punch' option ticked within the driver?

The punch units are not auto-detecting. You need to tell the driver that the punch unit is installed. This will activate its function.

If you've got it already ticked, either try unselecting, then reselecting it, reload the driver, or make sure that the paper type being punched is correct.
