AR-M355 Web Interface password

I have a Sharp AR-M355. I am trying to access the web interface but the previous customer changed the password. How can I default the user name & password and what would the default be?

I'm not sure that you can without wiping the NIC. Even then I dont know if that would help.

You can reset them by resetting the NIC card under system settings, key operator settings, (00000 is default), printer settings or network settings, reset NIC. The default login: admin, password: Sharp. Be sure to check your NIC settings before you do this if it is not set up for DHCP so you will know what to re-enter in the IP settings.
