[Jamming] MXM850 paper jam problem

Hi guys
While making back to back copy paper is getting jam. Paer may get jam after 200 -300 copies or sometimes immediately. Paper is not entering the saddle stich finisher & it is falling down(once i open the transport unit i can able to find the paper down). I tried to reduce the heat temperature. Still after some times paper is getting jam. Single side is working fine.Kindly give me some solutions

What's the meter reading and have you done a PM on the fuser?

it is giving FINENT_N error(inlet port secion transport not reached).due to paper is not entering the finisher guide plate so paper is falling in the m/c section itself.m/c has done only 450k copies.paper jam problem is not because of fusing section.

i have several schools that running nothing but duplex to save paper, and have had this happen a few times, clean all the rollers and sensors in the duplex section, even though your jam is in the finisher . i think when all of the tires in the duplex get dirty it throws the timing off and caused the jam in the finisher, also make sure the metal peice the paper passes through between the finisher and copier isnt flipped up.

sundakib has the machine had this problem from install ?

if it has iam thinking maybe this exit guide (see pic) may be bent or missing from install or the customer pulling intermediate frame unit (transport unit) out with paper between machine and finisher bending guide

but if the fault appeared over time the fault may be due to the machine sinking into the carpet and becoming a different hight to the finisher
