    AR-M355N prints extra page

I have a AR-M355N printer on the network. have about 14 computers also hooked up to the network. everytime someone prints from any of the computers the printer sents out a staus type page that has the ip address of the computer that sent the request and date and time. this wastes about a reim of paper per day. does anyone have any clue how to shut this feature off. thank you in advance

It may just be a setting on the copier you need to disable. Try this...
Go into "Custom Settings", Key Operator Settings, default admin password is "00000," printer settings, Defaults settings, and make sure that Prohibit Notice Page Printing is checked.

    Hope that helps.

Also check your print drivers for LPD(?) banner printing which will send this also. Can't remember the exact name of this but if checked it will send out a sheet like you stated for every print job.

      Good luck

I believe the banner setting is called "Use FTP/LPD banner" under protocol settings...
