AR-M451N - using the printer without the AR-EF3

I have AR-M451N without additional options. Only used the printer. Works fine.
Is there a program that allows you to set the machine?
The program "printer status monitor" only gives information about how many paper and toner quantitatively.
Let me add that without the AR-EF3 function "sleep" not working correctly. The device goes into "sleep" and then he wakes up. Disable RG45 - does not help. What you recommend to address these challenges? except for installation of AR-EF3)

Can't do it via the web browser. Like lky1978 mentioned this series, the ARM355-451-455 did not start out as a printer like the ARM350 series so it needs the scanner panel to get into diagnostics and system settings. Sorry.
