MXM160d paper empty message during job but paper in tray

Ive seen this before on arm207/160, sensor is working fine is this a firmware issue or is there a work around

hi try to feed from bypass if problem gone then its your tray
sensor or feed rollers home position

I think I have had a similar problem before and it was the paper feed clutch binding. Change it and see the result.
