problem installation kit FAX FXX3 on MX-C310 MX-SHARP

Hello everybody, excuse me for writing, I'm french and I seek a technical documentation or information to install a fax kit on my FXX3 MC-MC-C310 SHARP copier? branchemant after the F6 I get an error 98 and I do not know how to do parameter for this option?

Hello,
F6-98 is a combination error between the fax destination information (sim.66-02) and the machine destination information (sim.26-06).
When you install an FXX3 fax module you must insert the fax exp. memory pwb in its slot, than you should execute sim. 66-02 (set destination) and sim. 66-10 (image memory clear).

Ok, it's a similar problem.
F6-21 is a combination error between TEL/LIU pwb and fax soft switch.
Check that destination of the installed TEL/LIU pwb in sim.66-02 is in according with fax soft switch configuration in sim.66-01.

Wtroll hello, thank you for your help.
I checked the settings SIM 66-02 "and"SIM 66-01 "and I see no problem for me!
I have in parameter:
26-06 = Europe
66-02 = France
66-39 = Europe
but I have a question about the port? in SIM66-31, I no port selected .. (CION, MR, EC, S) which is the port to select for the fax?
I did some tests but no port is still active! after "execute"the port will not stay highlighted ... Why?
