[Misc] MX-M450N not printing but can copy

I have MX-M450 which is unable to print but able to copy. Internal prints also cannot be printed. What happens is that the paper stops in resist/registration roller whenever a print/internal print requested. We updated firmware first and tried swapping parts in following sequence:
PCU flash ROM
MCU pwb
PCU pwb
HDD
None of the above resolve the issue.
Anyone out there who has seen such weird fault before please help.

What is the jam code for this? POD1_PRI or something like that?

The jam code is PPD1_PCU. I think the jam code is misleading because the paper stop at registration sensor/roller and fuser waited but did not have any paper to fuse image.
