Sharp Print Driver Help ?

I have a Sharp MX-M620N and I trying to connect it via USB not network cable.

I did get windows XP to see and install the drivers for the printer and I can print.

My problems are when I select properties in the print menu and under finishing the staples and punch & Border functions are "Grayed Out" so I can't use them.

I don't know why the print driver can't see that the finishers is installed.

Open the windows printer page. Right click on the Sharp. Select Properties or Printer Properties (depending on which version of windows you are using). Select tab on top right hand corner (Configuration). Click on auto config. Click next to all the "pointing fingers". That will give you full funcitionality when printing.
