hello guys i went to a customer, that told me that they could not use there copier, upon investigation, i noticed that the operation panel says"Operation is Disabled Please see your administrator for assistance"this machine has user authentification enabled, where different users login to use copier, think someone forgot there password and as a result the above msg is now displayed, this copier is not on a network so i cant use the webpage, is there a way that i can clear this error from the copier operation panel?thanks in Advance.
