one of my custmer have ar-m351 machine the screen of this machine write very strange things its not words i try to download a firmware but evry time i try its write data error i have the maneual service & all of this machine firmware files but icant do it

Does it by chance have the data security kit installed? What ROM version does it say it currently has?
