    ar-m355 f2-02 after replacing toner

    anyone have some insight into f2-02 on the 355 after a toner change, seems like we are replacing the connector in the back of the machine but its seems like i might be overlooking something the old sharpnet did not appear to have anything

      Well, start with the basics since we're missing some details here... Have you tried a different toner cartridge since the error came up?

          the toner cart can be put into another copier and works fine, any cartridge put into copier runs on untill f2-02 comes up, sorry about leaving this out!

              Check the toner concentration sensor and make sure that it's clean and unobstructed.
