Hi there People I kneed help with networking a sharp ar-m450.
It worked before but the server and router had to be moved, so I have connected it to another computer and I Cant ping the ip address even though I have created it on the arm450s touch panel

good morning/
unplug the network cable from the copier and then ping that adress again. if you get a reply then another device has that ip address. happy hunting.

still problem

Thanks but every time i try to ping i keep getting request timed out. so computer cant find that address the photocopier just doesnt seem to broardcast its address

still a problem

try setting the copier to DHCP in the network settings. this will let it capture a good ip address then lock it in.
