Thanks for the quick reply, our problem is i configured a Sharp MFP to run on Pcounter using Daccs, works perfectly till recently we found out that even if the user reach their limit machine still makes copy and will log a negative balance from the log. Limit is set to zero, i've done a fresh install on local set up only and found the fault on Pcounter Admin, set up the limit to 0 still copy even if the balance is zero, but when i set the balance to 1, it will deny access. Any suggestions?

try in Daccs under settings - accounting - deny login if balance is lower limit = 0

Did that, but when i change the settings on pcounter admin and set the limit to 1 and set the user to zero balance, Daccs deny the user to login, when the limit is set to zero and the user balance is zero then Daccs allows login and user can make copy and on the user logs it will appear negative one (-1). This i have done on test pc directly connected to the MFP.
This settings when applied to the real system does'nt make any diffference.
