    [Misc] Wrinkling of last 3-4 inches of trail edge of ledger paper on Sharp MX-4101

    Have had wrinkling on 3 of these machines and only way to correct is by replace fusing unit.
    75k to 100k on units. No visible mechanical problems. Anybody have solutions?

    Any rollers such as the guide rollers caked in toner?
    It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

      Fuser/exit rollers is what i meant.
      It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

        i vould check the heater roller bearings
        one of them could be running dry

          Increase fuser motor speed (FSM) by 5-10 in Sim 48-6. Caused by the speeds no syncing up between fuser and engine speed.
