We have a Sharp MXM350n that the customer wants the Scan Function installed--Can you give me some pointers? Do we need a "secret code" to effect this? Any help would be appreciated. We do have the board.

You will need to purchase a MX-NSX1 kit - acquire a product key from Sharp and then install.

There is a trail scan mode which allows the use of the scan feature for 500 scans. SIM 26-10. That way the customer can try it out and the tech can get it configured before you put out the money.
