MX3501n will not print until user logs off

I am a printer tech so please be kind. Being the companies printer tech (the rest are computer techs) I was asked to look into this.
I have a user that prints mostly PDF's. As of the last 2 days the user's print outs will only print after she logs off.
I think she is using Win 7, and has resently had all MS updates installed.
My thoughts are the driver has be corrupted.

I will know more after are morning staff meeting.

This is sort of hot since the user is the CEO of her company.
    Thanks in advance

No help here - but interesting observation: In the past couple days I have had calls from several customers and friends remarking that after doing the latest Win 7 update they either "lost" thier printer, or just could not print to it any more. Reloading print drivers resolved thier problems. I have Win7 (latest updates) at home and have not noticed anything. Could be a case of an update temp file overwriting an area used by certain printers????

Really dates me but we use to use that method (overwrite without clearing) many years ago to "slip" exe code into data areas. That trick was discovered by a sloppy hack (as in bad programmer - this was before hacker took a different meaning) Another life ago.

    Hmmmm.
