The yield listed in most manuals is based on 5% coverage, which is very little toner on a page. There are several programs that could tell you the toner fill on a single page. Actual yield would be very hard to determine as most places do not print the exact same jobs from month to month. As for developer on this model, I have seen them last twice as long as rated by Sharp. As for the drums, if you monitor the copy quality, you can get a lot more life from them as well,

The maintenance indicator for drums and dv is also based on drum and dv revolutions. If the customer does mostly single copies then the indicator will come on at about 70% of the rated value. That would be 70k for black and 45 for color.
