    [Error Code] C1-14 on MX3100N

I have a customer who just reported C1-14 trouble code. Its got to do with colour main charge as per handy guide.
Has anyone ever got this code on MX3100N.

Problem solved. On arrival noted Cyan toner was not fully inserted. inserted same and popo machine and code went away. However. print out from sim64-1 was faded in yellow top to bottom in the middle portion suggesting Y drum being the culprit. I replaced the Y drum unit, updated firmware and calibrated ok.

You may have a yellow laser shutter not opening far enough problem. This can be a intermittant problem. This a known problem on this model.
Your shutter solenoid may be getting weak or the shutter mechanism is dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To give some feedback on this thread....:
I also had this problem on a mx-3100 today, and the problem was solved by replacing the three mk's.

            Thx for the hint!
