Have a customer that says there network is set to 100base-tx and full duplex. Machine system status report shows:
Link status: 100BASE-TX
Duplex mode: Half
Machine is right out of the box. Went there today to do TT-20159.
Sim 55-03
Set SW no: 6
Data:1 to = 1 disables auto negotiation
SW 6-2 is defaulted to 100basetx
SW 6-3 is defaulted to Full duplex mode
When I changed to disable auto negotiation the machine link light on nic card would not light up. I could no longer get into admin mode in system settings as well. Any suggestions? Thanks

1- put all setting to the original conditions,make sure the nic still works correctly

2-if yes set your bits to auto negotiate,it will find the correct speed by itself
