    windows 7 usb to arm160 scanning problem

    When aqquiring an image through sharpdesk it says there is insufficent memory even at 75dpi and a5 paper size but it is working on 600dpi a4 on windows xp is there a work around for this

    I think it is not compatible with windows 7.

      It used to work when I first installed it but has since stopped was thinking maybe a windows update has caused the issue

        If it work with windows 7 before, I think even the user update or the system have an automatic update the printer must not affected. Try to re-install the driver...
