intermittent h4-01 ?!

that wud be an abnormal low temperatrure o the fuser.
CHECK tha thermistor or Heater Lamp, REPLACE it if necessary.
i presume your H.Lamp is already busted (if trouble not cancelled anymore).

i have this error code also on sharp ar-m451u. its on the heater lamp problem. the two heater lamp in the fuser unit were busted and need to replace.

H4 refers to fuser error. Try to reset it if comes back check the fusing unit...

I've encountered a lot of H4-01 220V machine plug into a 110V.
