      i just checked sharp website but there is no ar 5127 model. witch one is the same model driver splc driver

        Looking at the picture of the machine it looks like it is an AR275, BUT there doesn't appear to be a Windows 7 driver for it. You can use the Windows update in the printer setup to find the driver in Windows 7. I have done this for a lot of older copiers that are no longer getting driver updates.

          Bilyahn is correct. Launch the add printer program and follow the option to allow windows to find updated list of printers.
          it takes a few minutes but shows a much more comprehensive list and the ar275 is among them.

            We have had some luck loading the windows 7 driver for the new version of the machine. You might try using that AR-M257 PCL driver. You have to load the driver as if the MFP is connected by USB then add the network port later in the printer properties.
