    AR-M351/451N (Jupiter 1) problem while scanning to Email

    Hello, dear colleagues.
    Once the documents are scanned, there is an inscription: "Defining stored number xxxxx" and then the device does not respond to a button. I waited for 30 minutes. No reaction on power switch. I turned off the machine and the screen is still lit. Cleared all just off from the mains. I suspect a faulty hard drive. Help please. Maybe this problem already met?

    before replacing the h.drive do full format and full read and write test
    with sim
