Who makes a good small copier, mechanically speaking the CS-1820 is a great machine but it is nearly impossible for customers to do anything with, you need to hit about 300 keys to send a fax and the scanning is more complex the it should be. How are the small Muratec and Sharp machines these days? how do they hold up against the competition.

konica/minolta just came out with a new color copy,scan,print,fax unit thats supposed to sell in the 750 dollar range. it has a doc feeder and duplex option. i saw one in the shop the other day but cannot remember the model. its very small and seems to be easy to use according to my SM. i'll find out the model and post it later. -
