Hi
I'm getting an error message saying 'the Max number of pages has been reached see your administrator ' and the copier will not function, its an mx2600

Is account mode enable ? If so , you have probably reach your page limit.

step 1-make sure with the person/boss who is in charge of the copier, that is ok to reset this account
maybe its limited for a reason.
step 2- log in as administrator into a copier go to user control and reset the limited account

Check the system setting & then look for the user control. Check what are the setting In page limit group list. You can check also in "copy setting" look for "other setting" and check the "setting a maximum number of copies"maybe it was set to a specific copies. Hope this will help...

What you are getting is NOT an error message, it is a notification.


Do what it says, "Contact your Administrator" if you are the admin, time to get out the user manual.
