AR-M355N ERROR[1209]: This operation is forbidden

Hello,

When attempting to edit any e-mail addresses in the 'destinations' section, we receive this error. ("ERROR[1209]: This operation is forbidden.")
We are logged in as Admin and have tried rebooting the machine to no avail.
It gives the same error when adding or attempting to remove a user also.

Any suggestions?

Is this being done at the control panel of the machine or on the web page?

If not the web page I would go and enter them there, much easier when you can utilize your PC's keyboard.

^^that if they were input on the webpage they have to b edited/deleted ect.. on the webpage and vice verse for the op panel

Yes, this is being done on the web interface. The user was originally entered using the web interface as well.

If these addresses are part of a group you will not be able to edit them, I believe you have to remove the address in question from the group and/or delete the group.

We do not have any groups created.
What is strange is that even just creating a brand new e-mail destination, we receive the error.
