    AR-M350U removing hdd (hard drive)

Not a Sharp tech, but our team of sales weasels has negotiated a deal where we are replacing a Sharp AR-M350U and pulling the hard drive out and giving it back to the customer on removal. Problem is I have no clue where the HDD is on these units save for an educated guess of near the near the network jack somewhere. Any help would be appreciated to help pick me up out of the muck the sales weasels have gotten me into. Thanks in advance.

Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

cobi, you guess it right. It's inside the network card where you can see also scanner is connected to. Remove the connected scanner. 5 screws to remove the printer board. Drag it out and you will see the hdd. I think with your experience, you'll be able to figure it out how to remove the hdd. Good luck.

Lucky for you an AR-m350u does NOT have a HDD. If it did it would be located on the right side of the machine. If it has a finisher (AR-FN6) u must remove it first. 5 screws and a connector. Under the finisher remove the 2 giant screws and the plastic cover. Under the plastic cover is a metal cover for the HDD, 1 or 2 screws and you're there. Now that particular model did not come with a HDD but if a P-20 or P-21 was added then it could but would be pointless. Just get the N version. Hope that helps.
