Hi
Our machine has been configured with a default account that allows printing but not copying. If a user wants to photocopy, there are special user accounts and the user logs in on his/her own account with his /her own number.
But when a user leaves the machine, the user is still logged unless the logout button is pressed. It seems that at our company the user invariably forgets to press this. Then the next user comes along and either (a) starts using the previous user account or (b) presses something and manages to lock the machine.
All I need the machine to do is to log out automatically...say after 10 seconds of inactivity. Would save us a lot of trouble.
How please?
Jasom
