Question on MX5111 copier memory

I have an MX5111 brand new out of the box installed that is now giving us an E7-96 error. Trouble content MFPC PWB DIMM memory access trouble. I went to look to see what a new 2GB DIMM memory from Sharp NPC costs... $217.41 plus freight! That's ridiculous! Does anyone know if I can put in any other type or brand of memory into this thing to make it work. I can buy one online for 20-30 bucks...

Check with Memory Experts Int'l, they've been pretty reasonable - Memory Experts International - Manufacturer of copier memory, printer memory, fax memory, pc memory and copier cabinets.
