The scans come out light and fuzzy. The customer can scan the same original on his home machine with no problem. Copies look fine. Pulled the scanner and cleaned it. I bought the gray gradation chart and did the black level adjustment (63-02). It showed OK at the end, no errors. There was no change in the scan quality. Any ideas?
