    ar-m451n saved files

Hi friends, good night at all.

I have a ar-m451n that i haved buy used, and today i`m around the follow:

1-the copier as same saved files in the hard disk that are protect by a passowrd, and i want delete then, and, i do not know the passowrd of the previous owner, and i c`ant delete then.
My question is, how i can do it?

2-i save a file in the copier, but after i c`ant print, because the option "print and save"is not unable, when i try do it show me the message " some options are disable in the operator panel".
I already was chek this in the operator panel, but do not see anything, can give me a help?

    regards

Go into the Key Op programs; for #1 click on the Document Filing Settings and open Key Operator Authority Settings - put a check mark in all and you should then be able to delete password protected files/folders. For #2 in the Key Op Programs and go to Initialize and/or Store Settings, try a "Restore Factory Defaults" - I'm not sure this will reset those settings or not, but it's worth a try.

        hi
zootech, with your first coment #1, i c`ant delete the file protect by a password,so i decided performer the hdd format, and delete all files, and know ok.
