[Misc] Sharp MX-2010u A3w printing

Hi,

I recently purchased a Sharp MX-2010u Basic Copier. I tried to print A3W(12"x18") but it shows me an error.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

Not sure on this particular model but on other models you have to disable Offset in order to print 12x18. If copying click Output and disable Offset. In the print driver under the Main tab check the box that says "no offset" and it should print ok.

I think you can only print A3W on the Gemini Plus/Aries/Virgos if you have the right upper exit tray installed.
The reason is that the MFP will only exit paper to right upper exit tray, never to centre tray nor finisher output tray.
I remember our instructor mentioned it during the training, not too sure but someone will confirm it to you.
