Installing a new mxc400p machine today. Installed printer driver on win7 and win xp machines and both send the job fine but at the copier in the spool menu they always say rendering and nothing will print out. I need some help please!
Used pcl5 and pcl 6 print drivers

hi are you a 100% sure its the correct drivers,
the simptoms you are describing similar to wrong driver
and confirm for latest firmware

you are spot on!
What happened was thier IT guy wanted me to use the IP of the printer we are replacing. In the process of loading new drivers on the pc's there must have been people that clicked print, print, print, "it won't print...we better click print again" print, print, print....
Brought machine back to the shop and put it on our network and it worked like a charm.
In other words you are right they were printing using the driver of the old printer. I am 99% sure when I reload a new IP on their system it will be fine. Thanks for the advice!!
