AR-M237 F6-10 Code

Hi all,
Tried replacing the fax battery. Code went away, but now I have garbled fax info. Tried a 66-10, but the machine just sits in the "Executing" mode. Tried letting it run for 1/2 an hour with no luck. Machine is also showing fax memory at 100%. Any ideas? Thanks

What's the ROM version on the fax? If it's up to date then it's probably the fax board although there are other factors but most of the time it is the board. We've had to replace a few of them.
