    AR-M450 Show error code CE-04

    Hi all, need help.
    Have bunch of computer with win7 Proffessional x64 bit,few unit of pc when scan with sharpdesk will show error code CE-04.
    Uninstall and install back the sharpdesk,deleted user name on webpage,still get the CE-04 error code.
    Is firmware problem ? But only a few pc got the error code.

      hi
      the error indicates its
      not correct server settings

      1-check via web page all server settings

      2-anti virus off or fire wall off

      3-check if all pc goes via the same rooting paths

          I tend to try avoiding Sharpdesk, unless the client needs the OCR for editing PDFs. Try setting up the scan settings in the web page, enter the correct DNS and SMTP information and see how it works.

          As stated above, check to make sure there is no firewall/AV interference.

              There is a known issue for scanning with Windows Live Essentials installed. Do your problem machines have Live Essentials installed on them? If so, uninstall it.

                  Thank you for all the reply.I when back yesterday, and did again , uninstall and install back the sharpdesk and everything when ok.
                  I do not know what exactly when wrong with their pc.
