MX-3501/5500 toners not getting yields

    MX-3501/5500 toners not getting yields

    Has anyone had problems with these machines blowing through toners? Not getting nearly what the yield should be and waste bottle is filling up fast. Have tried all the calibrations, but still going through toner like crazy. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help

      The yield is base on 5% coverage of an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. It is simply rough guideline. Very few, if any, run 5% coverage or less. Larger paper sizes, pictures, and even humidity have an effect on the overall yield. Has it been fully calibrated lately?

          how much is the dv value? any error code. I had a problem with one of the developer unit before causing the same thing.
