    MXM453N Lines on copies

hello guys as usual i went to one my clients that says they are getting lines on there copies, i have sample attached, as far as i can tell the MFP did PM recently, the Upper/Lower rollers look ok, the customer says another tech came recently for the same problem, they would clean the MFP, it will work for a while and then return, i physically checKed the DV unit, drum Unit, everything looks as it should, when i cleaned out the MFP the line was gone, but she says after some copies the normally returns, any idea where i should start? Thanks in Advance

What was changed in the PM that was done? Copy count etc?

It looks like drum or fuser to me. I would run skyshots and yank the door open (panic stop) to determine if it is pre or post fusing.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

If it always comes back to the same spot, I would look first for a bad spot on the drum blade.
I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not.

I take it the mark is in the same place each time it appears and is in the sub-scan direction. If so I would be looking at the dev brush. looks like something is causing the brush to rise and touch the drum.
when you copy is the mark obscuring the intended image or is the image missing around both sides of the mark?

def. look in the drum unit area looks like blade is not cleaning in that spot.
