    Sharp AR-208D windows 7

I have setup a dozen or so of these machines, but this is the first one to have this much trouble printing through USB. The customer has Windows 7 home edition 64bit. I chose the win 7 64 bit driver. Windows 7 tried to install it for me first, but couldnt install it correctly for some reason. So I went through the sharp setup for the driver. After it installed, I could scan with the GDI driver but couldnt print. Eventually, I went through the update driver option in the driver and found one that prints. They just called back today and said it will not print again. They said the sharp status window pops up for a split second then disappears and the job doesn't go through. Anybody had similar issues?

didn't think the 64 bit driver was included with the machine. I always have to download it and install.

I too am having the same issues...tried uninistalling/reinstalling GDI drivers - to no avail. STILL will not print - have you had any luck on your end in figuring out this issue? Mine is Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit as well and cannot find a resolution to this! Thanks in advance to any reply!

I have had similar troubles before and was able to solve it by using the vista 64 bit drivers. I hope this helps.
