I have a customer with an ARM207 connected USB and shared on his network. The SPSM keeps popping up every time someone prints. I have tried uninstalling the printer and just installing the driver from the CD but it is still there. Can anyone tell me where to find the program in widows to stop it?

It installs a seperate program. Try looking under program files in the sharp folder. -

On the computer it is physically connected to follow this sequence, start, control panel, printers and faxes, right click the printer select properties, configuration tab, status window, select print status window off.Comment
